Auto consumers prefer remote sales, survey finds

Online strategies have kept U.S. auto sales from a total collapse during the coronavirus pandemic, says KPMG. Its survey found that 75 percent of consumers prefer to handle their purchase, trade-in, financing and delivery remotely.
