BMW, VW win Beijing's OK to gain control of China JVs
Chinese Premier Li Keqiang's government has allowed Germany's BMW and VW Group to gain control over local ventures ahead of their foreign rivals, giving the automakers a big headstart in the world's largest vehicle market.
