VW, Mercedes, Porsche stop plug-in hybrid sales on new WLTP emissions rules
VW, Porsche, and Mercedes are among the automakers that have halted sales of some plug-in hybrid cars following the introduction of a new EU testing regime that has affected tax benefits on the models.
