Fiat Chrysler snapped an 11-month streak of year-over-year U.S. sales gains with a 2 percent decline in February volume. Toyota, Honda and Nissan deliveries also dropped. U.S. light-vehicle sales are expected to fall in February based on forecasts from several analysts – making it one of slowest recent starts to a year.
