Nissan captive agrees to pay $2.2 million to settle robocall suit

Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp. was accused of calling noncustomer cellphones without obtaining consent, violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. As many as 10,000 consumers could have been affected.
