VW brand says half of models in Germany have no clearance for new emissions standard

Volkswagen said only half of its 14 main VW brand models, including the top-selling Golf, have regulatory clearance for the new Worldwide Harmonised Light Vehicle Test Procedure (WLTP) emissions standard, which comes into force next month.
