U.S. OCTOBER 2018 AUTO SALES: Jeep, Ram propel FCA US
FCA US and Toyota posted higher U.S. sales last month, propelled by strong truck deliveries, but GM, Ford, Nissan and Honda volumes slid behind the ongoing slump in car demand.
