In an EV world, service is crucial

Frederiek Toney, vice president of Ford's Customer Service Division, says customer service can help offset the potential cash drain of EVs, which have roughly 40 percent fewer parts -- and 40 percent fewer repair opportunities -- than internal combustion engines.
