Penske: Succession plan includes sons

Roger Penske, the 81-year old chairman and CEO of Penske Automotive Group, has no plans to retire. But Penske said the company has a succession plan in place that would place one of his sons, Roger Penske Jr. or Greg Penske, in the role of nonexecutive chairman.
