As VW's BEVs roll in, educating consumers will be the key

The German mass-market brand is expanding its lineup to include more crossovers, and it will introduce the Tiguan-sized ID4 battery-electric crossover. That means dealers have to prepare to sell the first of what is expected to be three BEVs in the lineup by 2025.
